We are a architecture studio with more than 15 years of experience, located in Barcelona. At EME Concepts we are specialized in architecture, urban planning, landscaping and interior design. We offer comprehensive services to develop projects in the sectors of hospitality, real estate and residential tourism.

We work on national and international projects, with a prominent presence in Spain and Punta Cana (Dominican Republic). We provide services to companies, individuals and collaborate with other architecture studios, adapting to different contexts and cultures.

Fernanda is an Interior Architect and Project Manager, having graduated from La Salle-Ramón Llull University. Founder of EME Concepts, with over 20 years of experience in design and project management, she has developed a solid international career in the Hospitality and Real Estate – Living sectors, leading highly complex projects with strategic vision and unwavering commitment to the client. As the leader of EME Concepts, she has cultivated management skills not only in people but also in leadership, with a comprehensive understanding of both the project and the hotel business.

As Technical Director, she specializes in project management and coordination, as well as in the technical direction of interior design, guaranteeing results in complex projects. Her experience spans from the initial conceptual stages to brand development, positioning, and final execution.

He has collaborated with renowned European firms such as GCA Architects, Lázaro Violán Studio and Isern Associats, contributing his experience in the design and comprehensive coordination of hospitality projects.

PAULA BRUNA JOFRÉ

PARTNER

ARCHITECT - LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
Master in Landscape Architecture 2003, UPC. Barcelona

Paula is an architect and landscape designer with over 20 years of experience in landscape architecture, architectural design, and urban planning. She has led national and international projects in both the public and private sectors, contributing a comprehensive, strategic, and context-sensitive approach.

She is an expert in Master Planning, urban planning, and landscape integration studies, combining creativity with technical rigor. She is known for her management skills, proactive approach, and dynamism, leading processes with autonomy and efficiency. Among her most notable collaborations are her participation on the coordination team for the 3rd Landscape Biennial of the Barcelona College of Architects and projects with European and Latin American firms.

At EME Concepts, Paula has led projects in Spain and the Dominican Republic, offering design solutions that integrate landscape architecture and interior design, creating functional and evocative spaces. Her approach emphasizes local elements, using native materials and color palettes inspired by the environment, and promotes sustainability with EarthCheck certification, integrating social, economic, and environmental criteria into all her hospitality, real estate, and tourist residential projects.

ÒSCAR TRILLA MELÉ

TECHNICAL ARCHITECT - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Master Interior Design 2001, UPC. Barcelona

With a background in Interior Design from the UPC in Barcelona and vast experience in construction management, Óscar focuses on the implementation and technical supervision of each project. In addition, his attention to detail brings high-level expertise to the creative process of interior design projects. His experience in lighting design and FF&E purchasing management distinguishes him in the sector. As Construction Manager, his role is essential to ensure that every detail in the execution of works is faithful to the original design vision, maintaining high standards of quality and resource optimization.
