EME Concepts presents a contemporary lobby at Interihotel 2025
A stand designed by EME Concepts for Carpyen and Mirplay that reinterprets the hotel lobby as a space where light, furniture, and acoustics interact in harmony.
At Interihotel Barcelona 2025, Southern Europe's leading trade fair for interior design in hotels and restaurants, the setting takes center stage. This year, at EME Concepts, we have the honor of designing the stands for two leading firms in the sector: Carpyen, with its tradition and innovation in lighting, and Mirplay, specialists in furniture and acoustic solutions.
A stand conceived as a contemporary lobby. The space we created is inspired by the idea of a contemporary hotel lobby: welcoming, elegant, and functional. The first impression is an environment that invites discovery and experimentation. Visitors can experience firsthand a space where light is the protagonist.
This project allows us to demonstrate how we at EME Concepts conceive hotel interior design: not as a simple aesthetic exercise, but as a dialogue between brand, space, and user.
The treatment of the space and lighting recreate a stage setting, where the lamps have been treated as an artistic element.
On the other hand, there is the functionality of the Mirplay booths, which are integrated into the lounge in an integrated manner.
EME Concepts' vision at Interihotel 2025
Designing for brands like Carpyen and Mirplay is an opportunity to showcase our approach to hotel interior design: from comprehensive management to the creation of experiences that combine aesthetics, functionality, and emotion.
Also, our CEO, Fernanda Muñoz, will have a prominent participation in the framework of Interihotel, taking part in the round table Dialogues XI (October 23, 16:30 p.m.–15:15 p.m.), moderated by Mireia Cervera and shared with Mònica Grau (FEDE) and Xavier Torras (Grupo Roca). This will be a space for conversation about new concepts, emerging projects, and global trends that will shape the future of hospitality.
