Beach Garden 3 is a building of 16 apartments with 2-3 bedrooms.

Each of them has a small private pool located on the terraces, a term used and known in the Dominican Republic as picuzzi (pool-jacuzzi).

It has a community area with swimming pool and amenities.

The proposal includes the interior design of the apartments.
