Co-creation of a residential community and a business model in the real estate and tourist apartment sector in Punta Cana.

The project encompasses the architectural, landscape and interior design development, including the definition of the FF&E for 240 apartments distributed in 8 blocks, integrated into the new "Garden Avenue", located in Los Corales, a tourist area on the east coast of the Dominican Republic recognized for its beautiful beaches and its wide range of recreational activities.

A short distance away is Cocotal, one of Bávaro's most established and prestigious residential communities, featuring a golf course and exclusive access to all the amenities of the 5-star Meliá Caribe Beach Hotel & Resort. Within this prime location, and following the same comprehensive design principles, 48 ​​additional units are being developed, distributed across two apartment blocks.
