We have recently managed the project for the new offices of a Belgian company based in Barcelona. The difficulty we faced turned out to be an additional cost for the company, since they did not consider extending the rent at their current workplace. Before hiring our services project management specialists in interior design and renovations; They had managed without success with the marketing company.

That is, they were faced with an extra investment due to lack of technical advice.

The rental property had a series of urban planning and technical obstacles that resulted in additional works that delayed the entire moving process.

The advice consisted of providing a solution and creating the validation process of the current state of the property. First we did a Due Diligence which is equivalent to a technical audit that allows us to know the general condition of a property or a facility with the aim of minimizing investment risks. This consisted of carrying out an analysis of the building and its technical conditions; the existing facilities, and an interpretation of the appropriate urban planning standard, in order to present a favorable activities license to the city council. All legal, urban planning and technical conditions were collected to make a correct budget and cost estimate.
