We have recently collaborated in an investment project of the Edmond  Rothschild group, which acquired the Samaniego Palace a few years ago, which has operated as a hotel facility for many years. The 17th century building located in La Rioja Alavesa, is located where it is believed that formerly the fourth defensive tower of the medieval town of Samaniego stood.

The order focuses on the purchase management of the FF&E and OS&E (Furniture- Fixtures and Equipment+ Operating Supplies and equipment) for the new Hotel Palacio Samaniego 4 *, managed by Samaniego Luxury Resort, S.L.

The main objective of the assignment was the planning and management of FF&E and OS & purchases.

In the process we have the collaboration of suppliers and industrialists from all over Europe, the most prominent being Casamitjana with the supply of furniture from brands such as Santa & Cole, Tribú, E15 or & Tradition, among others. We also collaborate with Pordamsa, manufacturers of signature tableware; or Casa Gay who constantly helped us with the search for the best solution for kitchen equipment or room service. The luxury brands Sambonet, Laguiole, Frette or Christofele completed the long list of suppliers with which we successfully installed all the hotel equipment.
