In the field of collaborations, leading companies in the architecture and interior design sector have trusted us over the years for team management, design management, prescription and management of FF&E purchases, review of hotel chain standards for application in complex renovation projects and audits of companies in the hotel sector and asset management.
We have recently participated in the design of common areas and pilot rooms for large hotel projects that are currently in the process of carrying out the works.
We also participate in the fit out or start-up phase of various facilities.
We are local partners , Barcelona, Madrid and throughout Spain architecture firms of national and international origin. We have made collaborations with others architecture studies and companies related to the hotel sector, with the support of more than twenty years of experience in work in the interior design, architecture, urban planning and landscaping.

We have recently participated in the design of common areas and pilot room for the Isern Associats Office. Large-scale hotel projects that are currently in the process of carrying out the works.
We have collaborated on hotel projects with the studio of Lázaro Rosa Violán and Carlos Ferrater, developing technical and FF&EE prescription documentation for important hotel companies such as EDITION. Project Management was carried out jointly with Gerens Hill.
We have also collaborated in the Hospitality sector with GCA Arquitectes. We have recently coordinated the design team for the transformation of the Hotel Occidental for Barceló in Lanzarote; building owned by Hi Partners and Blackstone, which has made a large investment in the Canary Islands. We also participate in the fit out phase; commissioning of the installation of all common area equipment and restoration of the complex of more than 400 rooms.
Together with this architecture firm we have developed the executive project for the renovation of the Hotel in Cala Xarranca for Six Senses- in Ibiza. This project, in addition to intervening in existing buildings with the renovation of rooms; expanded its offering with new buildings dedicated to restaurants and leisure, as well as a spa.
